Custom Golf Carts

This was a very special build. It was for a couple in the Hamptons for their niece 8th birthday gift. It started with a concept to convert a plain golf cart into a Ford Bronco. However, we don’t just purchase conversion kits, slap some paint on it and deliver it. At AJ’s Fab Shop we go all out. We started with a basic kit that had issues but we added such an amount of original parts and fabricated almost every inch of the build including a CNC designed and machined front grill, custom lights, glow-below LED’s, back up lights, fog lights, hi-end stereo system, back and front brakes, custom back seats with removable tailgate for passengers. We designed and fabricated custom bumpers from just a concept with LED’s inserted. Front windshield, scoop and color coordinated wheels and super gnarly tires. This also got a custom paint job and polish from a top pro.
